"Decent, but not as comfy as I hoped"
I wanted to like this more because it looks nice and seems well made, but it just wasn’t very comfortable for me. The fabric feels a little scratchy, especially after wearing it for a while. It’s not terrible, but I was hoping for something softer and easier to wear.

"Decent site, but the navigation is frustrating"
At first the site looks fine, but actually using it got kind of annoying. A few pages loaded slower than expected, and I had to hit back a couple times just to figure out where things were. It’s not a terrible site, but the clunky navigation feels preventable and made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Order was right, just slow tracking"
I ordered a couple things from In Otter Space, and everything showed up exactly how I picked it. The sizes, colors, and items all matched my order, so no complaints there?? It’s always a relief when you open the package and nothing is wrong.

I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking was kind of slow to update, so I kept wondering when it was actually going to arrive?? But once it got here, the order was accurate, packed fine, and there weren’t any real issues

"Arrived damaged because of poor packaging"
I ordered from In Otter Space, the packaging was disappointing. The box felt really flimsy, and there was barely any padding inside (basically just the item rattling around the whole time).
By the time it got to me, one corner of the box was crushed, and the product had visible marks on it. For the price I paid, I expected at least some basic protection (not anything fancy, just enough to keep it from getting damaged). I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again...

"Honestly, not really worth what I paid"
I bought this after looking around for a while, and maybe my expectations were too high, but it just felt basic for the price. I had been trying to treat myself a bit since I’d had a long week, so I was hoping it would feel more worth it. Instead, I kind of walked away feeling like I paid too much for something that didn’t really stand out. Not terrible, just definitely not worth the money in my opinion.

"Setup Was More Confusing Than I Expected"
I thought this would be straightforward to set up, but I got a bit confused along the way. It ended up taking longer than I expected, and I’m still not totally sure why it had to be that difficult.

"Helped a little, but I’m picky about this stuff"
I’ll admit I’m kind of biased because I’ve tried a lot of anxiety tools before, so I’m a bit hard to impress. This did help calm me down here and there, especially when I was already trying to settle myself, but it wasn’t consistent for me. Some parts felt genuinely useful, while others seemed basic. Overall, not bad at all, just not something that made a huge difference in my anxiety

To be fair, the toy feels fine and seems well made enough, but it just didn’t do much for my sensory needs. I was hoping it would help calm me down more, and it really didn’t have that effect for me

"Nice fit overall, just a little long in the sleeves"
Overall, I’m happy with it. The size fit well through the shoulders and body, and the fabric feels comfortable without being too stiff. My only small issue is that the sleeves run a bit long on me, but it’s not a dealbreaker. The stitching and finish look really nice, so I’ll definitely still wear it

"Felt a bit like a bait and switch"
I ordered a couple things from In Otter Space, and they looked way nicer on the website than they did when they showed up. In person, the material felt cheap, and one of the items already had loose stitching right out of the package. Shipping was fine, no real issue there, but the quality definitely didn’t match the price. It kind of gave me that bait-and-switch feeling, like the photos made the products seem much better than they actually are. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Helpful and replies were quick"
I had a little problem with my order, so I emailed them, and they answered me the same day which was nice. They fixed it without making it a big whole thing. It wasn’t totally perfect, but the support person was friendly and actually answered what I was asking, so overall I was happy with it

"Cute, but it fell apart way too fast"
It looked really cute at first, so I was happy with it for a little while. But after just a few weeks, it started falling apart. Like, pieces were coming loose, it wasn’t holding up, and it just kept getting worse. I really wanted to like it, but it didn’t last, and that’s disappointing. Cute, yes, but not made to last.

I sent my return back and have been waiting for the refund, but it still hasn’t come through. I’ve tried reaching out, and it feels like nobody wants to take ownership or actually help get it resolved. Really frustrating experience

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered this thinking it would show up quickly, but here I am two weeks later still waiting for it to arrive. I’ve been checking the tracking updates every few days, hoping it’s finally close, but no luck yet. The long wait has been frustrating.
